David K

       "We are the music makers,
                  the dreamers of dreams
"     R. Dahl

David K is a Singer Songwriter Keyboard player and record producer with a long and varied history in live and recording music.

In the early days David played keyboards and recorded an album with CUDDLY TOYS, a post-punk glam rock band.

Highlights have included playing keyboards for 6 years in rock legends KILLING JOKE. Recording hits with 80s pop group THEN JERICO. Playing keyboards live with BOY GEORGE and recording with CHARLES AZNEVOUR.

As a vocalist DAVID K has fronted his own band PLEASURAMA with whom he recorded 2 albums. His relaxation and ambient album "Between Silence and Light" was marketed successfully in the 90s by Blue Crystal Music. David has appeared in a musical directed by BILL KENWRIGHT.

Always writing and recording new songs, David K is now performing with SUNDAY PEOPLE - a top London Bar and Club entertainment duo. David is now appearing with a full rock band including drums, bass and guitar.

David has been recording new songs this year. "Rock and Roll Heaven", "Heaven's Above" and "Are You Good Enough" are all sounding great.

NOW, two new compilation albums of David K's material independently produced are available from us, featuring material from the last five years. New tracks include "Sometimes Perfect", "In the Blue Zone" and "Let There Be Light".

Live at gigs with Sunday People, the now infamous 2001 routine into the "Drinking Song" remains popular. "Never Trust No-one" and "Don't You Get Old (Before Your Time)", and other David K originals are also well received. Also, "I'm a Man Baby" is sounding great with the four-piece band.
